WHAT IS BeanTracker?  BeanTracker is a simple but effective website application created to take that "guesswork" out of where monthly sales stand. 

BeanTracker shines a whole new light on your daily sales trends.  And BeanTracker keeps your historical daily sales data available for as many months as you want to keep in the database.

WHO NEEDS Beantracker?  If you're selling anything online... BeanTracker can help you know where things stand like never before.   Not only does BeanTracker give you a summary of your sales data for the month, but the display is automatically categorized so that your sales data actually makes sense!  It's a useful and readable display of the most important information about your business... SALES!

WHERE DOES BeanTracker store data?  Because BeanTracker can handle large amounts of sales data, it's been written for use with an MS-SQL database.  The BeanTracker script is written in MicroSoft's ASP (Active Server Pages) using VBscipt.

HOW DOES BeanTracker Work?  BeanTracker accepts XMLHTTP post data from a short "Notifier" script you add to your "Thank-You" page(s), and can handle data from any number of websites.  It will automatically categorize your sales data by source so you know where things stand on a daily basis.  

The script that you add to your Thank-You page(s) gives BeanTracker all the info needed about the details for each and every sale you make.   Depending on your specific website situation, you can add the "Notifier" script in php, asp or javascript.

Is BeanTracker Configurable?   The simple configuration parameters allow you to alter the appearance of the summary screen.   SubTotals and Grand Totals are optional.   Colors are configurable.   Hyperlinks allow you to see daily details.   And you can add, delete or edit data manually as needed.
